Spacious junior suite, clean rooms.
Upon arrival, received a cramped room that didn't match the booked junior suite. The breakfast provided was subpar with only a slice of wilted watermelon. The noise from the music blaring until 5AM on New Year's Eve made sleep almost impossible. The area felt unsafe after dark, located near a main busy road.

The room was recently refurbished and had spectacular views of the mountains. Had absolutely perfect and magnificent location by the new metro, just close to San Blas Square. Moreover, it's next to a bus stop, restaurants in old town, and the interesting areas of Quito- old town, basilica, floresta.

Everything was really good during 3 days, truly enjoyed its magnificent location just next door to a Park and the historical centre of the City, and the mountains. We did not want to leave, could n't recommend more...

Consider visiting the nearby pizza place for a late-night meal, as food options around the hotel can be limited after dark.

This hotel certainly knows how to disappoint, I mean, no housekeeping for days? We practically ran out of basic items. And the breakfast was a limp slice of watermelon and cold eggs, very creative, I almost thought I was at a school cafeteria. At least I didn't get a room upgrade or a welcome gift for all my troubles, what a shame.

The noisy environment was quite distracting at night.

missingWrote a review on 25 Octspacious suitecomfortable beddelicious breakfastnoisy environmentinconsistent service
I appreciated the spacious junior suite with a comfortable bed, made sleep easier. The hot water worked great, ensuring refreshing showers after a day of exploring. The breakfast had good options with delicious hot chocolate and fresh fruit. The noisy environment from the street and nearby activities was distracting during the nights. The lack of housekeeping was frustrating, as I had to request simple items like toilet paper and trash removal. Despite the charming decor and convenient location, the noisy surroundings and service inconsistency were notable drawbacks.

The junior suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic hot shower. Breakfast included good hot chocolate, and I appreciated the luggage storage service offered during my early arrival and late departure.
The room could use better insulation against outside noise, a bit distracting at night.
